❓ How did you become a CEO at such a young age?
I started my career as an inspector and—through determination and perseverance—worked my way up to a leadership position; I have over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. It is important for me to understand every workflow my team carries out, which allows me to provide the necessary support whenever an issue arises.
❓ What are your plans for the future at the helm of this rapidly growing company?
👨⚖️ My goal is for Enterworks Kft. to become a multinational company and a recognized brand. I want us to be not just *one* of the service providers, but *the* service provider. That is why I strive to find efficient, rapid solutions to the HR challenges our partners face. We are committed to ensuring stable, well-paid jobs for our employees. I am proud that we are able to provide a livelihood for hundreds of families.
❓ What do you like to do in your free time?
🏋♂️ I find true relaxation in sports. I also enjoy traveling with my family and creating new experiences together.
