I joined the Enterworks team in September 2019 as a recruiter, and from October 2022 I have been supporting daily operational processes and coordinating the recruitment team as Recruitment Team Leader.
My responsibilities include the professional management of the entire recruitment process, coordinating the team’s work, and ensuring that our candidates find the most suitable workplace for them through a fast, transparent and secure selection process. Alongside my leadership role, I also actively take part in operational tasks, as I believe it is important to provide direct support to processes and to maintain a hands-on presence.
I also place great emphasis on strengthening the team community. I regularly organise separate programmes not only for the recruitment team, but for the entire office, as I believe that the foundation of effective work is a cohesive, motivated and mutually supportive community.

I graduated in Legal Administration from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the University of Debrecen, and subsequently obtained a master’s degree as a certified Labour and Social Security specialist at Széchenyi István University. With over five years of experience in the public sector in human administration, I joined the enthusiastic and youthful Enterworks team in April 2023.
My responsibilities include the comprehensive handling of employee offboarding procedures, the organisation and up-to-date maintenance of personnel records, and the administration of matters related to wages, non-wage benefits, working time and absence records, and travel expense reimbursements. I also prepare income certificates, reports and statistics, participate in the preparation of monthly closings, and assist in the verification and forwarding of labour and payroll documents.
I carry out my work in close and mutually cooperative partnership with our partners’ HR departments, the coordination team, the payroll team and the finance department.
